QUESTION: - What is Standard Free Delivery (1-2 weeks)?

This delivery is totally free of cost for most of the UK*. Once your order is placed with us, we will confirm the delivery date for you, which should be within 1-2 weeks period.

This delivery will be a week day delivery and we would need someone at the delivery address to accept the order.

*There is a delivery surcharge for Scottish Highlands and customers wishing to getting their order delivered in Scottish Highlands must also purchase this Scottish Highlands Delivery Surcharge for each product they wish to purchase. Any order/products that do not have required delivery surcharge will not be accepting. If you need more clarity, please do not hesistate to contact us.

Towns that attract this surcharge are :

Aberdeen, Dundee, Dumfries, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, Kilmarnock, Kirkwall, Kirkcaldy, Motherwell, Paisley, Perth and Galashiels.

QUESTION: - What is Next day delivery ?

For customers who want their orders delivered as a matter of urgency, we also have Next Day Delivery available for most of the UK* (please see the note below), only on eligible items. Not all products on our website offer Next Day Deliverly option.

Please make sure your order reaches us by 11am to ensure next day delivery. Any order received after this cut-off will be delivered the next working day.

QUESTION: - What is Two Man Delivery?

For customers who want help with receiving heavy items and placing in the room of their choice, Two Man Delivery option will be best to ensure the packages are delivered to the location of your choice in your home.

This option is not available with Next Day Delivery.

QUESTION: - What is Two Man Delivery plus White Glove Delivery?

In addition to Two Man Delivery above, our White Glove Delivery service will ensure that your purchase is assemenbled and set up in the room of your choice and all the packaging and cardboard boxes are removed afterwards.

QUESTION: - What is Standard Free Delivery + Weekend Setup (Greater London Only)?

For our customers in Greater London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, we are also, offering a weekend installation and setup service.

Your products will get delivered to you as per Standard Free Delivery time period and your installation and setup will be performed on the weekend after your delivery. This will be a one man service and an appointment will be booked with the customer to perform this setup service.
